Chijioke Isiolu (Company Secretary)

Chijioke Isiolu, a graduate of Law from Abia State University, Okigwe, was called to the Bar in 2000. He joined Fivatek, a subsidiary of the Energy Resources Group, and has grown with it into a large Group. Today, the ERG has garnered a distinguished reputation across all sectors of the Nigerian economy, including General Commerce, Merchandising, Machinery and Equipment, Power and Energy, Real Estate development, and Oil and Gas (both Upstream and Downstream). Other sectors are Haulage, Maritime Services, Shipping, Banking and Capital Market activities.

Having worked for years as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser, and from several courses attended locally and abroad, Chijioke has rich leadership and management experience in all key sectors of the Nigerian economy.

He sits on the Board of Universal Energy Resources Limited; Millennium Oil and Gas Limited; and Global Tides Energy Services Limited, which is subsidiaries of the Group.

A member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, and the British Council, he is involved in the running of some NGOs, including Next to None, devoted to caring for people with bright ideas, but who lack resources to execute them; and an NGO committed to fighting human trafficking. He is in the process of being certified an International Arbitrator.

Committed to the work of God, such as supporting the building of churches, Chijioke is happily married with children. His hobbies include football, table tennis and car racing.
